All children have the right to receive the highest quality care available. Penny & Bear Family Childcare not only offers quality care but also affordable rates. Subsidized programs are welcomed. You can find resources and get help paying for childcare at the Central Valley Children's Services Network. There are 41 programs in Fresno County offering subsidized child care services. To be placed on CSN’s Eligibility List you may download the application. You may also call the CSN Eligibility List directly at: (559) 256-0966, or (559) 256-0943 to request an application and you will also receive assistance in completing it.

 

We also accept Supportive Services ,  Child Care Aware of America to help military families and the Bridge Program to provide daycare for children in foster care.
